DeLearn, a leading provider of Google Workspace for Education integrated with Gemini AI, and Aswant Distribution, an exclusive Malaysian Distributor of Fujian Centerm Information Co., Ltd., are pleased to announce the signing of an Agreement for Strategic Partnership and Authorized Reseller Collaboration.
The agreement supposes long-term cooperation in the area of digital education tailored for national-scale initiatives. Following the latest research by HolonIQ and other analyst firms, the EdTech market, with a size of 404 B USD in 2026 and GAGR 16,3 % (2022-2030) demonstrates sustainable growth.

It should be noted that the new Agreement has already reached its first results. Following a comprehensive joint assessment by SMK Kuala Perlis, SSTP JPN Perlis, the project formally adopted a next generation, AI-enabled learning environment. The school successfully deployed convertible devices for students from Centerm, which they can use as both laptops and tablets. Integrated with Google Workspace for Education, Google Gemini, and Chrome Education Upgrade, the school was nominated as 1st Pre Google Reference Institution in Malaysia.
