Why some writing pad redirection unable be used by using USB?

Since this kind writing pad device application is API which is tracked by mouse. Under RDP and XenApp, session user unable be read. By USB redirection equal to server device redirection, so unable be used. Set device as local mode ,and make advantages of protocol to redirection and use.
